Who should I contact if the bathroom needs attention?

What should I do if someone is using the bay I booked?

If another member is using the bay you booked, kindly show them your booking confirmation. If the issue persists, please reach out to staff via the chat feature at the bottom of our website.

Where can I get help using the golf simulators?

For assistance, please refer to our troubleshooting and help guides accessible through the “Member Support” QR code under Simulator Manual. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us via the chat feature at the bottom of our website, by email at blake@pacificpinesgolf.com, or through the WhatsApp link located at the top of the page after scanning the “Member Support” QR code.

What if I forget my booking time or want to cancel my session?

You can view, reschedule, or cancel your booking at any time through the member app. Please remember that changes should be made as early as possible to allow other members to book.

Can I bring a guest with me if I don’t have any guest passes?

Eagle Members receive three complimentary guest passes per month, while Birdie Members can purchase passes. If you need an additional pass, you can buy it through the member app before your session. Remember, all guests must be registered and have a guest pass.

How do I purchase guest passes?

Go to the “Shop” section in the Pacific Pines App. Then go to “Products”. Select how many guests you would like to bring under “Guest Passes” and proceed to check out.

How do I use complimentary Eagle Guest Passes?

To redeem your complimentary guest passes, go to the "Shop" section in the Pacific Pines App, select one guest pass under "Eagle Guest Passes," and apply the monthly Eagle Member promo code at checkout to remove the $15 charge. After using your three complimentary passes and the promo code, additional guest passes can be purchased for $15 each.

How do I register a guest?

After scanning the "Member Support" QR code, select “Guest Registration” and have your guest complete the required waiver. All guests must submit a waiver prior to playing at Pacific Pines Golf & Social Club.

Where can I store my personal belongings during my session?

Members are encouraged to keep personal items with them during their session. Pacific Pines is not responsible for lost or stolen items, so please be mindful of your belongings.

Can I eat or drink in the facility?

Water is allowed, but no outside food or drink is permitted in the facility, except during special events. Please make sure to clean up any spills to keep the space neat for all members.

What are the facility hours, and can I access it outside my booking time? 

Members have 24/7 access to the facility but can only use a simulator bay during their booked session times.

Who do I contact for membership questions or billing issues?

For membership or billing questions, please email info@pacificpinesgolf.com or check your account through the member app.

What happens if I’m late for my booking?

If you're running late, your session will still end at the original time. Please try to arrive on time to maximize your session. If you're unable to make it, remember to cancel or reschedule your booking through the app as soon as possible.

Can I extend my booking if no one has the bay after me?

Yes, if no one has booked the bay after your session, you can extend your time through the member app once your current booking is completed. Please note that availability is not guaranteed.

What if I accidentally damage a simulator or other club property? 

If damage occurs, please report it immediately by emailing blake@pacificpinesgolf.com. Members are responsible for any damage to the equipment or property, and charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

How do I change the simulator settings for my round?

For assistance, please refer to our troubleshooting and help guides accessible through the “Member Support” QR code under Simulator Manual. You can also update a lot of settings in the GolfZon Global App. Once you are signed in go to the settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.

How do I participate in club leagues or competitions?

League and competition sign-ups are available through the member app. Details on upcoming events, schedules, and rules will be shared there, or you can email blake@pacificpinesgolf.com for more information.

What should I do if another member is violating club rules?

If you notice a member violating any club rules, such as overstaying their booking or bringing unregistered guests, please notify staff through the member app or email blake@pacificpinesgolf.com. We will address the situation discreetly.

Where can I find a First Aid kit?

A first aid kit can be found in the small cabinet inside the bathroom.

How do I purchase a Pacific Pines hat or ball marker? 

Open the Pacific Pines app and go to “shop”. Then click “Products”. Update the quantity that you would like to purchase and continue to checkout. All hat styles cost the same amount. Once you’ve purchased your items, you will receive a text to the number associated with your account with a code to unlock the display case. Only take the number of items that you purchased, and please lock the case after you are done.

How do I unlock the product case? 

Spin the 3 dials to the code provided via text. Once the combo is set, rotate the dial around the outer edge of the code 180 degrees. This will disengage the lock. Lift the latch and open the case. Once you are done retrieving your items, proceed to put the latch down again, rotate the dial 180 degrees and mix up the numbers.
