HOUSE RULES & SAFETY POLICY
Welcome to Pacific Pines Golf & Social Club, a private, self-service facility. Your safety and experience depend on responsible use and respect for others.
SAFETY FIRST
• Only one player may swing at a time.
• All others must remain behind the coffee table or in the designated safe zone.
• Do not approach the hitting area until the player confirms it is safe.
• Always check surroundings before swinging.
• NEVER reach into the tee hole. This is extremely dangerous. 95% of the time the fix is simply moving balls from one side to the other side of the bay.
ACCESS & MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
• All members must scan in individually upon entry.
• Members are responsible for their guests at all times. Guests may not be left unsupervised.
• All guests must complete a waiver prior to entry using the QR code in the club.
• A valid guest pass is required for all non-members.
• Members on hold may not participate in tournaments or league play.
• Family members on Pro memberships may not book or attend tee times independently.
• Family members are not eligible for tournaments or leagues unless designated as member and guest events.
FACILITY USE & EXPECTATIONS
• Pacific Pines Golf & Social Club is unstaffed. Members are responsible for proper use of the facility.
• Treat all simulators, equipment, and furniture with care.
• Leave your bay clean and ready for the next member.
• Report any damage, malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Ensure the exterior door is fully closed after entry and exit.
• TV volume must remain off or at a respectful level when others are present.
• Absolutely no food is allowed inside Pacific Pines Golf & Social Club, including protein or granola bars.
• Pacific Pines Golf & Social Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
ALCOHOL, SMOKING & CONDUCT
• No outside alcohol is permitted. Alcohol is only allowed during approved club events served by an employee.
• Pacific Pines Golf & Social Club is not liable for alcohol-related actions.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility, including restroom. Violations may result in removal and loss of access.
SUPERVISION & MINORS
• Minors must be supervised at all times.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for all conduct and damages caused by minors.
• Unsupervised minors may not operate simulator equipment.
RULES & ENFORCEMENT
• Entry implies acceptance of the Waiver and Release of Liability.
• Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
• Members must follow all posted signage and club communications.
